Israel Extreme — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in tours and activities provided by Israel Extreme, [legal entity], business/Tax ID 036597342, רח׳ נץ 4, צפת, Israel ("we", "us"). By booking, signing a Confirmation Certificate, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & confirmation
A booking is requested when you sign the Confirmation Certificate and is only CONFIRMED once you receive a follow-up confirmation from our team and your deposit has been processed. We may decline or reschedule a booking if guides or conditions don't permit the selected date.
2. Prices, deposits & payment
Prices are in New Israeli Shekels and, for credit-card payments, include 18% VAT. A non-refundable deposit (the percentage shown on your Confirmation Certificate) is charged upon acceptance to reserve your date; the balance is due on the day of the tour. Items not expressly listed (gas, transport, tips, entrance fees, hotels, food) are not included.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: weather/security cancellations are refunded in full or rescheduled at no cost; cancellations within 72 hours are liable for 80% of the tour cost; within 24 hours, 100%; peak-season windows differ. All times refer to our office working days and hours.
4. Health, safety & assumption of risk
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. You confirm that you and your group are in good general health with no known condition that makes participation unsafe, and you agree to follow all guide instructions and safety briefings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you participate at your own risk and release Israel Extreme and its guides from liability for injury, loss, or damage that is not caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Equipment
Technical equipment lent to you remains our property and must be returned in good condition; loss or damage is charged at replacement cost.
6. Identity & insurance
You agree to provide a copy of a passport or Israeli ID for verification and insurance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Conduct
We may end an activity without refund if a participant's behaviour endangers themselves or others, or if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
