- Identity details: full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport or Israeli ID number and a copy of that document, which we are required to verify for tour bookings and insurance.
- Contact details: email address, phone number, and messaging identifiers (e.g. WhatsApp).
- Booking details: tours selected, dates, number of participants, ages, health-declaration confirmations, add-ons, and any notes or special requests you provide.
- Payment details: when you pay by card, the payment is processed by our payment provider (PayMe). We do not store your full card number; we retain only limited details such as the card type, last four digits, expiry, and the transaction reference for receipting and reconciliation.
- Technical data: IP address (including the IP recorded when you sign a Confirmation Certificate), device/browser information, and basic usage logs.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: confirm and manage your booking; verify identity and eligibility; process deposits and balance payments and issue receipts/tax invoices; communicate with you about your tour (including confirmation, supply lists, and follow-ups); meet legal, accounting, and insurance obligations; and improve and secure our services.
4. Legal basis
We process your information to perform our contract with you (your booking), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and safety records), with your consent (e.g. marketing messages, which you may withdraw at any time), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.
5. Sharing your information
We share information only as needed to deliver your tour and run our business, with: our payment provider (PayMe); our customer-relationship and operations systems (Zoho CRM and our internal booking calendar); email and messaging providers used to send you confirmations and codes; tour operators/guides involved in your specific activity; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Israel. Where that happens, we take steps intended to ensure your information remains protected under applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your booking and then as required by law (for example, accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by Israeli law). Identity documents are kept only as long as necessary for the booking and verification and are then deleted or archived securely.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, restricted access, and private storage of uploaded documents. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
