Cancellation Policy

Please note: The required non-refundable 30% deposit will be charged upon receipt of this certificate to reserve the adventure's date. The balance of the cost will be charged on the day of the adventure. Gas, transportation, tips, entrance fees, hotels and food are not included unless specified above. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations due to inclement weather will be refunded 100%. • Cancellations up to 72 hours from the date of the trip or up to 16 days during the tourist seasons (July–August, Passover, Sukkot) = loss of the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the reservation. • Cancellations within 72 hours before your tour will be liable for 80% of the total tour cost. • Cancellations within 24 hours before your tour will be liable for 100% of the total tour cost. Peak Season Cancellation policy: Sukkoth, Hanukkah, and Pesach, July and August are our peak seasons. The cancellations are as follows: Cancellations starting 10 days before each peak season, during peak season, up until 5 days after peak season will be liable for 80% of the total tour cost. Cancellations within 24 hours are liable for 100% of the total tour cost. Please note all hours are referring to our office working days and hours. Each client will be lent a set of technical equipment for use during the tour (not including electronics). The client is responsible for returning the equipment at the end of the day; if it is lost or damaged, the client is responsible for the cost of replacement. Tours can be rescheduled only if guides are available on the new date. If the client is late more than one full hour, there will be a charge of 100 NIS per tour guide for each hour the guide is kept waiting. Reservations will be honored only if made through the Israel Extreme office with a signed confirmation certificate and deposit and received a final confirmation email with all the details of the reservation.
